This time, Edyta Gromacka and I decided to try out a new format with the team at RightlyIP 🤩 We interviewed the CEOs and Founders of this intellectual property rights’ company – Jeppe Hudtloff Viinberg and Bjørn Voldbjerg Sørensen – but we also got the Head of Customer Support Uwe Christiansen and Senior Analyst Thomas Duus to disclose some interesting insights about RightlyIP.
This is probably my favorite part of the Episode with Mark Rasmussen, CEO at iPaper. We discussed the company’s business model, how it became a global enterprise, what is their concept of “product discovery” all about, and how its integration with WhatsApp resulted in a strong entry to the Latin American market.
Meet Mark S. Rasmussen, now CEO at iPaper, the software as a service company specialized in product discovery innovation. He helped to build the foundations of TrustPilot and worked for NoZebra, other two well-known technology companies in Denmark, before diving in full time into his project.
During our talk, Mark and I discussed several issues, from the history of the company, what is a software as a service, why is it important for business to be customer-centered, and how the COVID-19 lockdown measures have impacted all kinds of digitalization companies.
